CRPC Small Group Bible Studies
Throughout the New Testament, the idea of community (or Koinonia) was accomplished by being involved in small group gatherings:
- Jesus began His earthly ministry by establishing his small group with the 12 disciples.
- In Acts 2, the first century church met in temple courts (corporate worship) and in house settings (small group).
At CRPC there are many vital, God-directed ministries and many ways to get involved. We have found, however, that building community is essential and that small groups are a key resource in accomplishing this task. Small groups emphasize study, sharing, prayer, outreach and general support for one another in our growth in grace.
We strongly encourage your family to consider hosting, teaching or attending a small group in 2008. The current list for Fall 2008 Small Groups and the leaders:
