Our Ministries
M & M Ministry (Women in the Church)
M&M is an organization that includes all women who are members of CRPC and regular attendees. Its purpose is to encourage and equip women to know Christ personally, to glorify God in their lives, homes, church, community, and be committed to spreading the Gospel. WIC generally holds meetings once a month with various themes such as Hospitality in Our Homes, a Valentine Banquet, and special speakers.
Men of the Covenant
The MOC is an organization of CRPC men and regular attendees who meet together periodically to share common needs and experiences, learn from each other and experts in various subject areas, and pray for each other. Each fall, during the Sunday School hour, the men study Biblical ways to be better fathers, husbands, and leaders in the church. Several of the men take turns leading the sessions.
Music Ministry
CRPC offers a number of opportunities for those with the gift of music to use it for service to the glory of God. These include the Westminster Choir (adults) who sing at the 10:45am services September through May and also various soloists, small vocal and instrumental groups.
Prayer & Bible Study
Various small group Bible studies meet on a regular basis throughout the Carlisle area. These include a Men's Breakfast Bible Study, a Ladies Bible Story Time. Contact the church for times and locations.
Sunday School
Sunday School classes are offered each Lord’s Day for all grades from 2 year-olds up through adults. Adult classes focus on Bible books, Reformed theology, Christian living and Bible and Christian personalities. Two adult classes are provided.
Student Ministry
Various opportunities for Christian growth and fellowship are provided to junior and senior high youth of CRPC. On Sunday nights following the evening service, there are times of Bible study and fellowship at various homes or at the church. Games are played both inside and outside, and occasional trips to local activities are taken. The youth also put on special plays and skits during holidays and special occasions, and assist in service projects to members with special needs.
Flock Shepherds
Ruling Elders of CRPC are assigned a number of member families and serve as their special flock shepherd. The flock shepherd prays specifically for their families and visits with them on a regular basis in order to encourage their spiritual growth in Christ and help them find and use their spiritual gifts.
Fellowship
CPRC offers a vibrant worship in spirit and truth, featuring a blend of traditional and contemporary music styles, with systematic preaching of the Word of God, the Bible, in both morning and evening worship services.
